Another frequent request has been to help those without a traditional market research or insights background, by defining what great surveys looks like and helping to avoid leading questions or poorly formed surveys, resulting in even higher quality results.
Now when you start a new survey, you’ll be able to pick from an ever-expanding selection of survey templates, starting with Pricing, Jobs To Be Done, Competitive Intelligence and Brand Tracking.
Speaking of brand tracking, we’ve taken this well-worn concept and given it an Attest update, meaning brands can now get deeper, more useful feedback on the strength of their brand from target consumers with our recently launched Brand Intelligence tools.
These are a one-stop shop to help you to track core brand metrics over time, understand what consumers care most about in your category, and learn what is and isn’t working for your key competitors.
